We are planning our next Pop Up Palm Springs event. We will keep you posted here and on social media.
Here's where you will find businesses, specials, etc offered on
Friday November 1, 2019 in conjunction with Palm Springs Pride.
Also look for the Pop Up Palm Springs signs in the windows. Each location will also offer a free Pop Up Palm Springs Passport. Visit at least three participating businesses, and you will be entered to win a prize in our opportunity drawing. Each participating business is donating a prize to the drawing, so there will be dozens of opportunities to win!
Your business can get involved by contacting Jeffrey Bernstein Jeffrey@DestinationPSP.com or Joy Meredith joy@crystalFantasy.com
Main Street Palm Springs is the business association of Downtown and Uptown Palm Springs.
Palm Springs Art Museum’s The Art of Pride is a brand new official Pride event that kicks off the celebration weekend.
This one-of-a-kind party is limited to 1,000 attendees and is an LGBTQ gathering where we welcome our friends and allies to join us at the museum!
All three levels of the building will be open including our two outdoor patios and the Annenberg Theater. Attendees can explore offerings from the permanent collection and current exhibitions, including “Touching History” a commemoration of the 50th anniversary of New York’s Stonewall riots bringing together an intergenerational group of contemporary artists working in photography and collage.
The evening includes a DJ spinning music throughout the building, an open bar, appetizers, and special entertainment to be announced later this summer. Make an exhibition of yourself at this ideal way to launch the weekend with an upscale mix of locals and out-of-towners in a fun-filled celebration of queerness and culture!
Sponsors: Harold B. Matzner, Tom Minder & Duke Kulas, Mark Prior & Luc Bernard, and Craig Hartzman & James John.

Each participating business will have a Passport. It's free. Get your passport and visit at least six participating businesses. Each one will mark off the passport. This time, we do not have a Festival location where spaces can be rented. You must partner with an existing business.

How do I find out more about Main Street?
We have a monthly meeting the first Tuesday of each month at the Hyatt Palm Springs, at 8:30 am. It's free to attend. We do ask that businesses pay an annual membership fee of $25. Contact Joy Brown Meredith Joy@CrystalFantasy.com and check out our Facebook page.
Do I need any special permit for Pop Up Palm Springs?
Each business is responsible for their own permits. But if you are having an activity that does not normally require a permit, you should not need one for this.
